What do you think? Should I go for it? I've been mulling this haircut over for months. I found a fun site where you can upload your picture and then try on new hairstyles. I haven't had my hair really really short for years. Probably not since the time I was twelvish and some man at the airport thought I was a boy. That wasn't much positive reinforcement.
The problem is one. MJ. He only likes long hair. Do I dare?

It looks great in your mockup picture! Do it! It will always grow back if it's too short.
I'm afraid your husband (my son) is just like his dad. The first time I cut my hair after we married, Mark simply said, "Where are you going to sleep tonight?"
Ooooh, I like it. If you think he's gonna hate it, you can always try unveiling the new doo while naked. Maybe then he won't notice...or care!
Go for it! Victor used to tell me to leave my hair long. Then he started losing all of his... Now he has no say in the matter! :) I just cut mine - not that short or that stylish - just what we call the Mommy-Do, in prep for number 3's arrival here pretty soon...

I LOVE IT!!! and, I think Maren was right on with her naked comment...that seems to make it all better in a man's world. Tell him it makes you feel sexy and you think your libido might go out of control if you had a hairdo like that goin' on!
If you want me to do it you can just tell him I messed it up really bad and cutting it was the only option! I will gladly take the blame, it wouldn't be the first time!!!
